§ 85-7-2143 — Prosecution For Misconduct
85-7-2143 . Prosecution for misconduct. It shall be the duty of the county attorney in each county to commence and prosecute all actions to enforce any liability created in 85-7-2142 . Such actions shall be tried as civil actions at law.
