§ 85-7-2139 — Transfer Of Funds
85-7-2139 . Transfer of funds. The board of commissioners shall have power to transfer money from any one fund to any other fund, except that no money shall be drawn from the sinking fund or construction fund, except as specifically provided in this chapter; provided, that no money in the United States contract fund shall ever be diverted to any other fund.
