§ 85-7-2135 — Transmission Of Funds From Other Counties
85-7-2135 . Transmission of funds from other counties. Where the lands of any district lie in more than one county, the district taxes or assessments collected in counties in which the principal office is not located shall be transmitted, on or before the 10th day of each month except June and December, by the county treasurer of such county to the county treasurer of the county wherein the office of the district is located.
