85-7-2109 . List of all lands in district or subdistrict to be prepared. Upon completing the determination, the board shall fix, by appropriate resolution or order, the total acreage and the irrigable acreage of each tract or subdivision and shall prepare a list of all lands in the district or subdistrict. The list must contain an accurate description of each 40-acre tract or fractional lot as designated by United States government survey or platted lot, if land is subdivided in lots and blocks (or whenever land is owned in less than 40-acre tracts or in less than the platted lot, then of each such tract) of land in the district or subdistrict, the total acreage and the number of irrigable acres as fixed and determined, and the name of the owner or holder of title or evidence of title, asc
