85-7-2032 . Amending or supplementing United States contracts -- petition, election, or resolution not necessary. If a supplementary or amendatory contract is made with the United States under this part, an election, petition, or resolution required under 85-7-2012 through 85-7-2015 is not necessary. It is sufficient in the case of a contract made with the United States under this part for the board of commissioners of any irrigation district to authorize the execution of the contract by its president and secretary by appropriate resolution adopted at any regular or special meeting of the board of commissioners.
