§ 85-7-1958 — Power To Contract With United States Cumulative
85-7-1958 . Power to contract with United States cumulative. Sections 85-7-1951 through 85-7-1958 shall not limit the power and authority of an irrigation district or the commissioners thereof to contract with the United States under other applicable statutes but shall be cumulative thereto.
