§ 85-7-1942 — Competitive Bidding
85-7-1942 . Competitive bidding. The contract shall be awarded only to the lowest responsible bidder, who shall be required to give bond for the faithful performance and completion of the contract. The board shall have the right to reject any and all bids in its discretion.
