85-7-1821 . Change of boundaries of irrigation districts indebted to United States. The boundaries of any irrigation district established and organized under the laws of the state of Montana and indebted to the United States for money loaned said district may be changed in the manner hereinafter prescribed. Such change in boundaries of said district shall not impair or affect its organization or its rights in or to property or any of its rights or privileges of whatsoever kind or nature.
