§ 85-7-1615 — Manager Of Operations
85-7-1615 . Manager of operations. The board of control may hire a manager to supervise and conduct the operations of the district or districts over which it presides or to hire a manager for each district under its supervision, whichever it considers advisable. The manager or managers shall perform all duties set out by the board of control.
