85-7-1611 . Board of control -- composition and vacancies.

(1)The board of control must be composed of one or more irrigation commissioners from each district involved and one member at large. Each irrigation commissioner must be appointed for 1 year by the board of commissioners of the district that the commissioner represents. The member at large must be a landowner from one of the districts involved or a person representing any person or entity that receives water delivery from the irrigation project that delivers water to the member districts. The member at large must be appointed by the commissioner members to serve for a period of 1 year and shall give a bond, the same as an irrigation district commissioner.
