85-7-1604 . Validity of joint operations under earlier agreements. Any contract previously entered into between any two or more irrigation districts or between any such irrigation districts and the United States bureau of reclamation which meets the requirements of this part and which creates a board of control meeting all the requirements of this part is hereby declared to be a valid contract and to create a valid board of control under this part.
