§ 85-7-1503 — Board Meetings
85-7-1503 . Board meetings.
(1)All meetings of the board of commissioners shall be public and a complete record of all proceedings shall be kept by the secretary.
(2)Regular meetings of the board shall be held at such times as the board may by rule or bylaw prescribe. Special meetings may be called on 24 hours' notice by the president or any two members of the board or in such other manner and upon such other notice as the board may by rule or bylaw prescribe. All meetings of the board may be adjourned as the board shall order or direct. A majority of the commissioners shall constitute a quorum.
