69-7-113 . Appeals.
(1)A party to a municipal rate hearing may appeal the decision of the municipality to the district court in whose jurisdiction the municipality lies.
(2)A person may appeal the adoption or application of municipal utility rules to the district court in whose jurisdiction the municipality lies.
