69-7-112 . Conduct of municipal rate hearing.

(1)At the hearing, all persons, associations, corporations, or companies affected or interested, including the Montana consumer counsel, may be present and represented by counsel. The hearing may be continued from time to time by the governing body of the municipality. At the conclusion of the hearing, all interested parties must be allowed to make arguments that they may consider proper.
(2)Within 30 days after the hearing, the governing body of the municipality shall issue its decision. The decision is final 10 days after being filed with the municipal clerk.
