37-60-202 . Rulemaking power. The department shall adopt and enforce rules:

(1)establishing the qualifications for licensure and standards of practice for licensees under this chapter and for registered process servers under Title 25, chapter 1, part 11;
(2)for the approval of weapons;
(3)requiring licensees, except registered process servers, to file an insurance policy with the department; and
(4)providing for the issuance of probationary identification cards for private investigators and security alarm installers who do not meet the experience or examination requirements.
