53-6-172 . Notice of intent to impose lien -- opportunity for hearing. Before imposing a lien under 53-6-171 , the department shall provide the recipient 30 days' written notice of its determination under 53-6-171 (1)(c), of its intent to impose a lien, and of an opportunity for a hearing pursuant to the department's hearing procedures under Title 2, chapter 4, part 6.
