53-6-1005 . Department administration -- pharmacy access. The department shall administer the pharmacy access program. The department shall provide for outreach and enrollment in the pharmacy access program. The department shall integrate the enrollment and outreach procedures with other services provided to individuals and families eligible for other related programs.
