53-6-1003 . Eligibility -- income determination. To be eligible for the program, an individual must:

(1)reside in a household with an income level less than or equal to 250% of the federal poverty guidelines as adopted by the U.S. department of health and human services; and
(2)lack prescription drug coverage or shall provide documentation that the individual has exceeded the coverage of the individual's prescription drug benefits.
