53-6-1318 . Rulemaking authority.
(1)The department may adopt rules as necessary to carry out this part.
(2)The department and the department of labor and industry may, in coordination, adopt rules as necessary for the implementation of the employment and reemployment assessments and workforce development activities provided for in Title 39, chapter 12.
