§ 50-57-207 — Right To Renewal
50-57-207 . Right to renewal.
(1)License renewal may be obtained annually by paying the required annual license fee provided for in 50-57-205 .
(2)The department shall renew licenses as a matter of right, unless conditions exist that are grounds for cancellation or denial of a license.
