§ 50-57-107 — County Attorney To Prosecute Violations
50-57-107 . County attorney to prosecute violations. When the regulatory authority furnishes evidence to the county attorney of a county in this state, the county attorney shall prosecute any person, firm, or corporation violating this chapter or a rule adopted by the department under this chapter.
