50-57-206 . License expiration -- nontransferability.
(1)Except as provided in subsection (2), licenses expire on December 31 of the year in which they are issued unless canceled for cause.
(2)If the board of review adopts a renewal date for licenses under this chapter, the licenses expire on the anniversary date established by rule by the board of review.
(3)Licenses are not transferable.
