60-5-521 . Sign composition -- design -- conformity with standards and rules.
(1)A tourist-oriented directional sign must be rectangular in shape and must have a white legend and border on a blue background.
(2)A tourist-oriented directional sign may contain standard general service symbols to indicate a class of business, service, or activity.
(3)Business signs for specific businesses, services, and activities may be installed on a tourist-oriented directional sign. Nationally, regionally, or locally known commercial symbols, brands, or trademarks for service stations, restaurants, campgrounds, and motels must be used when applicable. Such commercial symbols, brands, and trademarks must be reduced to an appropriate size. No business sign may resemble any official warning or regulatory
