60-5-503 . Rulemaking authority. The department may adopt rules necessary to implement the provisions of 60-5-501 , 60-5-502 , 60-5-504 , 60-5-505 , 60-5-509 through 60-5-514 , and 60-5-519 through 60-5-522 .
