Montana·Title 60 HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 5 CONTROL OF ACCESS AND INFORMATION SIGNS·Part 1 Control of Access
60-5-101 . Policy. The legislature declares it to be the policy of this state to facilitate the flow of traffic and promote public safety by controlling access to:
(1)interstate highways;
(2)throughways and intersections with throughways;
(3)other commission-designated highway systems and state highways.
