61-4-121 . Temporary registration permit -- limitation on issuance and transfer -- violation -- penalty.

(1)If the dealer is an authorized agent, the dealer may not issue more than one temporary registration permit under 61-4-111 or 61-4-112 for each motor vehicle sale.
(2)A dealer who violates the provisions of subsection (1) is subject to revocation of the privilege to issue temporary registration permits for a period of time determined by the department.
