Montana·Title 39 LABOR·Ch. 30 PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT PREFERENCE·Part 1 General Provisions
39-30-107 . Certification of persons with disabilities. Except for a disabled veteran, who must be certified as disabled by the U.S. department of veterans affairs, the department of public health and human services shall certify persons with disabilities for the purpose of employment preference as provided in this chapter.
