39-3-502 . Operator to file statement -- penalty for failure to file.

(1)Every person, firm, or partnership coming within the provisions of this part shall, before commencing operations, file with the commissioner of labor and industry and also in the office of the county clerk and recorder of each county where such operations are to be carried on a verified statement showing the names and addresses of each party interested therein or, if a corporation, the names and addresses of its officers and directors, the principal place of business of such corporation, and the names and addresses of the person or persons resident of Montana designated as the person or persons upon whom service of process may be made.
