37-3-802 . Purpose -- establishment of program. The purposes of this part are to:

(1)provide outpatient care to eligible individuals by physicians at affordable prices;
(2)keep the elderly or infirm in their homes longer; and
(3)provide home health care visits for patients who have difficulty in traveling.
