37-3-301 . License required -- kinds of licenses.

(1)Before being issued a license, an applicant may not engage in the practice of medicine in this state.
(2)The department may issue two kinds of licenses, a physician's license and a resident license.
(3)The board shall provide guidelines by administrative rule for the practice of telemedicine by physicians.
