16-3-520 . Injunction to prevent franchise cancellation.
(1)A person injured by a violation of this part may bring a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin further violations in addition to other remedies provided by law.
(2)A court of competent jurisdiction may enjoin the cancellation or termination of a franchise or agreement between a distributor and a brewer, between a distributor and a beer importer, between a distributor and a winery, or between a distributor and a wine importer at the instance of a distributor that is or would be adversely affected by the cancellation or termination.
