16-3-212 . Brewers' or beer importers' sales to distributors lawful. A licensed or registered brewer may sell or deliver beer manufactured by the brewer to any licensed distributor. A licensed or registered beer importer may sell or deliver beer imported by the importer to any licensed distributor.
