81-22-421 . Labeling on manufactured dairy products to conform to requirements. Except for milk or cream sold as homemade food or a homemade food product pursuant to Title 50, chapter 49, part 2, labeling on manufactured dairy products must conform to requirements of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and to the other requirements that are adopted by the department or the department of public health and human services.
