81-22-203 . Renewal, suspension, or revocation of license -- grounds -- hearing -- appeal to district court.
(1)The department may revoke, deny renewal of, or suspend a license issued under this part or its rules for cause or failure to comply with this chapter or with the rules, testing procedures, or methods adopted under this chapter or when the department has reason to believe that the licensee's products may be detrimental to or jeopardize the health and welfare of the public.
(2)Before revoking, denying renewal of, or suspending a license, the department shall give written notice of its intention to revoke, deny, or suspend the license and its reasons for the revocation, denial, or suspension. The department shall give the licensee a time limit of 10 days from receipt of the notice
