81-22-419 . Requirements for containers and equipment. All containers and equipment used in the manufacture, storage, holding display, and transportation of any manufactured dairy product shall be nontoxic, easily cleanable, and free from dents, cracks, crevices, rust, and any other condition which would prevent cleaning and sanitizing.
