81-22-417 . Making or selling products in violation of chapter prohibited -- penalty. It is unlawful for a person, firm, or corporation or its servant or agent to manufacture, sell, or expose or offer for sale or exchange butter or other substance or commodity defined in this chapter containing less butterfat or other ingredient than required by this chapter. A violator is guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable under 81-22-601 .
