81-22-415 . Pasteurization labeling. It is unlawful for a person to sell, offer for sale, exchange, or have in the person's possession milk, cream, or a manufactured dairy product in a container or package marked or labeled or in any way designating the contents of the container or package as "pasteurized" unless it has been treated by an approved process of pasteurization as required by the department.
