85-20-701 . United States Fish and Wildlife Service-Montana compact ratified. The compact entered into by the State of Montana and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and filed with the secretary of state of the State of Montana under the provisions of 85-2-702 on March 26, 1997, is ratified. The compact is as follows: This Compact is entered into by the State of Montana and the United States of America to settle for all time any and all claims existing on the effective date of the Compact to water for Black Coulee and Benton Lake National Wildlife Refuges administered by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service within the State of Montana.
