§ 85-20-106 — Duty To Measure Water

85-20-106 . Duty to measure water. Each claimant shall measure all the water being diverted by the claimant, keep accurate records of the diversion on forms prescribed and furnished by the department, and, within 15 days after November 1 of each year, file the written records with the department at its office in Helena, Montana.
