§ 85-20-1503 — Definitions
Montana·Title 85 WATER USE·Ch. 20 WATER COMPACTS·Part 15 Blackfeet Tribe-Montana-United States Compact
85-20-1503 . Definitions. As used in 85-20-1503 through 85-20-1506 , the following definitions apply:
(1)"Blackfeet Tribe" means the Blackfeet Tribe of the Blackfeet Indian reservation of Montana; and
(2)"Department" means the department of natural resources and conservation provided for in Title 2, chapter 15, part 33.
