85-20-1501 . Water rights compact entered into by the Blackfeet Tribe of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, the State of Montana, and the United States ratified. The compact entered into by the Blackfeet Tribe, the State of Montana and the United States of America to settle for all time any and all claims to federal reserved water rights for the Blackfeet Tribe within the boundaries of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation within the State of Montana and filed with the secretary of state of the State of Montana under the provisions of 85-2-703 on [date of filing] is ratified. The compact is as follows: WHEREAS, pursuant to the Treaty of 1855, 11 Stat. 657, a Reservation was established in Montana for the Blackfeet Tribe; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Treaty, the Blackfeet Tribe claims reserved w
