33-20-213 . Operative date. After July 1, 1945, any insurer could have filed with the state auditor a written notice of its election to comply with the provisions of this part, except 33-20-206 and 33-20-207 , after a specified date before January 1, 1948, with respect to the policies specified in the notice. After the filing of such notice, then upon such specified date (which shall be the operative date for such insurer with respect to such policies), this part, except 33-20-206 and 33-20-207 , shall have become operative with respect to the policies specified in such notice thereafter issued by such insurer.
