33-20-101 . Scope.
(1)Except as provided in subsection (2), parts 1 through 5 of this chapter apply only to contracts of life insurance and annuities, other than reinsurance, group life insurance, and group annuities.
(2)Sections 33-20-114 , 33-20-131 , and 33-20-150 also apply to group life insurance, and 33-20-114 , 33-20-124 , and 33-20-150 also apply to group annuities.
