Montana·Title 44 LAW ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 2 INVESTIGATION, COMMUNICATION, AND IDENTIFICATION·Part 1 Criminal Investigation
44-2-116 . Cooperation of state agencies. All state departments and agencies shall cooperate with such agents and assisting personnel in providing transportation and educational and laboratory facilities for their use when so requested.
