§ 39-2-406 — Degree Of Skill Required
39-2-406 . Degree of skill required.
(1)An employee is bound to exercise a reasonable degree of skill unless the employer has notice before employing the employee of the employee's want of skill.
(2)An employee is always bound to use the skill that the employee possesses, to the extent that the skill is required, for the service specified.
