§ 50-18-113 — Violation A Misdemeanor
50-18-113 . Violation a misdemeanor. A person who violates provisions of this chapter or rules adopted by the department of public health and human services concerning a sexually transmitted disease or who fails or refuses to obey any lawful order issued by a state or local health officer is guilty of a misdemeanor.
