50-18-106 . Duty to report cases. If a physician or other person knows or has reason to suspect that a person who has a sexually transmitted disease is behaving in a way that might expose another to infection, the physician or person shall immediately notify the local health officer of the name and address of the diseased person and the essential facts in the case.
