37-16-202 . Powers and duties -- licensed hearing aid dispenser program. The department may:

(1)adopt rules necessary to carry out this chapter;
(2)require the periodic inspection and calibration of audiometric testing equipment; and
(3)adopt minimum requirements for the form of bills of sale and receipts.
