§ 69-14-103 — Interpretation
Montana·Title 69 PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 14 RAILROADS·Part 1 Role of Commission -- Penalties
69-14-103 . Interpretation. This chapter shall not have the effect of releasing or waiving any right of action by the state or any person for any right, penalty, or forfeiture which may arise under any law of this state. All penalties accruing under this part are cumulative to each other, and a suit for or recovery of one is not a bar to the recovery of any other penalty.
