§ 69-13-203 — Investigatory And Enforcement Authority Of Commission
69-13-203 . Investigatory and enforcement authority of commission. The commission shall have the power and authority to hear and determine complaints, to require attendance of witnesses, and to institute suits and sue out such writs and process as may be necessary for the enforcement of its orders.
